General

We take care of managing your prescription and bringing it to you. Just tell your doctor to send your prescription to Medly, and we’ll take over from there. If you have an existing refill, let us know and we’ll get in touch with your previous pharmacy to transfer it over to us.

There are two ways to send us your prescription:

Your doctor can e-prescribe to Medly Pharmacy at 104 Graham Ave, Brooklyn, NY, or by phone or fax. Our NPI# is 1962488387.

If you have a paper prescription, you can drop it off at our pharmacy store at 104 Graham Ave, Brooklyn NY 11206. If you have the Medly mobile app, you can also take a picture of the prescription using our camera feature. We’ll use the photo prescription as a reference to get in touch with your doctor to get the prescription validated.

We currently have a full retail pharmacy located at 104 Graham Ave, Brooklyn
NY 11206, servicing the 5 Boroughs of New York City.

We make it easy to switch over to Medly within our app. All we need is some
information about your current prescription or refill, and we’ll contact your
previous pharmacy to transfer over to us.

We manage your refills and send them over to you in a timely manner, so you
don’t have to keep track of the dates – we’ll do that for you. We coordinate
with your doctor and insurance company to make sure you never run out of
your medication.

Yes, we have a variety of different packaging options to make it easier for you
to keep track of your medications and take them on time. Please give us a call
at 718-782-7539 if you would like to learn more or would like to try different
packaging options.

Yes, but your ID is required and we’ll need to get your signature upon delivery.

Medly’s pharmacists are available 7 days a week, from 8:00AM to 10:00PM. After
business hours, a voicemail line is available for Medly customers and a
pharmacist will return your call within 30 minutes.

Delivery

Absolutely! The only payment you’ll be responsible for is your copay. No hidden charges or delivery fees whatsoever.

We delivery anywhere within New York City and the metro area – Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. We’re adding more locations across the country as we grow – stay tuned!

We offer free same-day delivery! If you need your prescription urgently, give us a call at 718-782-7539 so that we can make arrangements for a special delivery.

We deliver 7 days a week – 8AM to 10PM Monday through Friday, and 9:30AM to 6:30PM on Saturday and Sunday. All you need to do is ensure someone will be around to sign for your delivery – C2s (Controlled Prescriptions) will require a photo ID upon delivery.

Our delivery team is trained in HIPPA and FWA, and thoroughly screened before hire. Your meds will be securely transported in tamper-free packaging so that only you can open it upon delivery.

Payment

We collect your insurance information and bill your insurance in order to determine your copay and deductible (if any).

We accept all major credit cards. All payments can be made via our Medly mobile app, available on the Apple App Store.

Insurance & Prior Authorization

At Medly, we will take care of all prior authorizations by working closely with your doctor and insurance company.

We accept all major insurances. This includes Medicaid and Medicare, and private insurance. If you have a question about whether or not we can accept your specific insurance, please give us a call at 718-782-7539 and we can run a test claim.

The Mobile App

Of course! You can manage your whole family’s prescriptions with Medly, and it’s easy to add a family member to your account on our mobile app.

Your information is secured via state-of-the-art electronic security systems. We are HIPAA compliant and we never share your information without your permission.
