We take care of managing your prescription and bringing it to you. Just tell your doctor to send your prescription to Medly, and we’ll take over from there. If you have an existing refill, let us know and we’ll get in touch with your previous pharmacy to transfer it over to us.

If you have a paper prescription, you can drop it off at our pharmacy store at 104 Graham Ave, Brooklyn NY 11206. If you have the Medly mobile app, you can also take a picture of the prescription using our camera feature. We’ll use the photo prescription as a reference to get in touch with your doctor to get the prescription validated.
We manage your refills and send them over to you in a timely manner, so you don’t have to keep track of the dates – we’ll do that for you. We coordinate with your doctor and insurance company to make sure you never run out of your medication.

Medly’s pharmacists are available 7 days a week, from 8:00AM to 10:00PM. After business hours, a voicemail line is available for Medly customers and a pharmacist will return your call within 30 minutes.
We deliver 7 days a week – 8AM to 10PM Monday through Friday, and 9:30AM to 6:30PM on Saturday and Sunday. All you need to do is ensure someone will be around to sign for your delivery – C2s (Controlled Prescriptions) will require a photo ID upon delivery.
